INTRODUCTION : In some cases, it so happens that both husband & wife (vice versa) reach a stage where each of them feel that they cannot live together for the rest of the life and both of them want divorce. In such cases, a petition can be filed for divorce seeking the dissolution of marriage on the basis of mutual consent.
