The necessity of filing a suit for recovery of money arises when the party who took money will not repay as promised, within time.

RECOVERY SUIT - BASED ON DEMAND PROMISSORY NOTE

Validity of the Pronote: 3 Years
4. Description of Service
Case to be filed for recovery of money given on Demand Promissory Note as defined in Section 4 of the NI Act, 1881 following the Order 7, Rule 1 of Civil procedure code.
   5. Documents required
 
a) Demand Promissory Note (given by maker)
b)
Receipt of Money (given by maker)
c) Legal Notice given if any
d) Postal acknowledgements if any
e) All/Any other relevant documents available ,if any
6. Time required for filing case
3 days from the date of collecting of the required documents
7. Official Court fees for filing case
Court Fees is to be paid U/S.20 of AP CF.S.V Act on the claim amount

  ATTACHMENT BEFORE JUDGEMENT

A petition will be filed for Attachment before Judgement. We will ask the court to attach the property as a security purpose for our amount to be recovered, subject to satisfaction of the court.

e. Documents required (The certified copy of details of the property sought to be attached )
 
i) Proper Address of the Defendant
ii) The certified copy of details of the property sought to be attached

  ARREST BEFORE JUDGEMENT

A petition will be filed for Arrest before Judgement. We will ask the court to arrest the other side. The petiton is filed under Order 38 Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908.
